Track 29 – I Write Sins Not Tragedies – Panic at the Disco(2006)

There is not many rock tunes on this list, if any. It’s not that I’m just an old school house head. It’s trying to find good rock tunes to run to. Track 26 – Mo Money Mo Problems – The Notorious B.I.G. featuring Puff Daddy, Kelly Price and Mase (1997)

This is one of my all-time favourite tunes and an excellent party track. The upbeat-ness of the tune makes it a great running track. Track 23 – Prayer – Prospa (2018)

Note – Sorry I have been missing in action over the last few weeks. The got married recently and was away for 2 weeks doing that and have been struggling with re-entry to normal life and work.

I do have a number of posts in the works – one about habits, a Nike Epic React shoe review, why I love sport and why kids should play more of it. If there are any regular readers out there, please let me know by leaving a comment. Continue reading “The Awesome Running Playlist – Track 23”

Track 21 – Voodoo People – The Prodigy (1994)

Keeping the pedal firmly to the metal it the Godfathers of Rave, The Prodigy.

A full on assault of the senses. This track never lets up. There are a couple of breaks and drops but most of it is at a riotous 150 beats per minute. Continue reading “The Awesome Running Playlist – Track 21”
