Adele – Hometown Glory (High Contrast Remix)

I’ve known about this remix for a while. I headed out for an easy run, the other day, stuck Annie Mac’s Dance Party on my earphones and this was the opening track from the show. The easy run turned into a full on Rocky sprint after about 4 minutes with this bad boy on!

I’ve not run to drum and bass before, but it really works. The snare in this tune keeps you at a nice tempo and the breakdown gives you a nice rest, before hitting you with the drop that will have speeding along and feeling great. My new favourite tune to run to right now. Give it a go.
