I Feel It  – Leftwing : Kody (2019)

I’ve heard this tune over the last couple of months of Annie Mac on Radio 1. Whilst its bang slap in my wheelhouse, it took a while to grow on me. Now I love it. With this video, love it even more.

The filter at the start, the kick, the clap, the staccato vocals then the pianos and full vocals. It’s class and one you can’t help but dance to.

It’s a bit of a throwback to the halcyon days of house when it was the law to have piano chords on your track. The breakdown with those chords is euphoric and I can well see myself on a dance floor, nodding away with my hands in the air and a grin on my face.
